This website helps to deliver messages from Hospitals and Affiliated Companies located abroad, works as a communication link between the Hospitals, Affiliated Companies and the Patients and for information purposes only. The services offered on this site shall not be considered as a medical advice or a consultation, commercial offer, an advisory service or a professional engagement between Our Company and the Patient.

2. Our Company respects privacy and confidentiality of the Patients and undertakes not to disclose any stored information to third parties without the express permission of the Patient. You private information is sole purpose of administering the treatment in question. All the personal and medical records are stored securely. The medical records sent to us by your GP stored temporarily until the Hospital in charge of your treatment gets them.

3. Our Company does not accept liability for content, legality and accuracy of the websites linked to our website due to those websites being out of our control.

4. Our company values the highest level of service, personal approach and the successful end result. All these are paramount for us. We personally inspect all the Hospital facilities and staff before sending any Patients, but we can not warranty or guarantee levels of service provided by the Hospitals or the Affiliated Companies.

5. The Patients must understand that Our Company is not liable for any extra expenses incurred by the Patients while travelling abroad which have not been agreed before the travel in writing. All the prices for the services provided abroad are subject to change at any time without notice. There is always a possibility of unforeseen circumstances which require payments. All this would be discussed with the Patients. Should there be any additional cost to Our Company it must be repaid by the Patient within 14 days of invoicing.

6. All payments must be made prior any treatment. The patients could be refused treatment unless the payment has not been made and the funds are cleared.

7. Our Company neither supply the Patients with medical advices or consultations nor directly or indirectly practice medicine. All the presented information (websites, DVD, offer letters) supplied to the Patients are compiled from a variety of sources including the Hospitals and the Affiliated Companies and should not be used for medical advice or in place of a professional consultation with the doctor.

8. Our Company liability is limited as a third party mediator, governed by UK law, in bringing you into contact with the local service providers, in the country where the proposed treatment is to take place. Clients are expected to take out adequate medical and travel insurance before their travel to cover the cost in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Medical disputes regarding the nature of the procedure or the quality of the care provided shall be dealt with in accordance with the law prevailing in the country in which the treatment has taken place.
